Deposit Agreement & Letter of Understanding

This agreement is for the deposit of a Chocolate Labrador puppy  from Peacock’s Chocolate Labs  with the following terms and conditions set forth below and as follows:

PUPPY SELECTION:  We consider the selection of your puppy a very important task. We want you to be happy with your puppy and confident about adding a new family member to your home.  Deposit Agreements will be considered in the order in which they are received.

PUPPY RESERVATION: Puppies are reserved with a $100 Non-refundable deposit. When you make the deposit, the date will be noted and you will be notified of your picking order. Upon sending in the deposit, all owners should submit the preferred sex of the puppy. 

PRICE:  The purchase price is $500 for males and $600 for females. A deposit of $100.00, made payable to Mike Peacock , is required and should be mailed to us with this agreement, in order to reserve your puppy. The remainder is to be paid upon pick up or prior to shipping.   Our address is 2616 South 660 West – Nibley, Utah 84321

AKC REGISTRATION & AVID MICRO CHIP IDENTIFICATION:   We will provide you with a Full AKC Registration Application when you receive your puppy along with an application to AVID for the registration of the micro chip that is implanted in your puppy.   

HEALTH GUARANTEE:  We will guarantee hips and against other genetic defects.  All shots and wormings will be up to date and dew claws will be removed.  We will also implant an AVID identification micro-chip in each puppy.  We will also provide you with a health record including the exact dates and types of shots and wormings your puppy has received. Please schedule a checkup with your vet as soon as possible after you receive your puppy. You need to provide the vet with this medical record in order to give your puppy the proper care needed to stay healthy.

By signing this document and returning it with your deposit, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set in the above agreement.  We will then begin the careful selection process for helping you adopt your new family member.
